Evolve Audit & Advisory provides professional accounting and auditing services to a diverse clientele across the central South African region. In its endeavour to keep abreast of international standards, technological advancements and changing client demands, Fourie & Fouchee established the Evolve Audit & Advisory Group. Built on the premise that tailor-made solutions that serve the individual are preferred to disseminating mass market services, Evolve has garnered a reputation of trust and service excellence in the community. Evolve’s long-standing commitment to service excellence and the nature of its clients’ demands has allowed the company to expand its scope of professional services across the accountancy sphere. Evolve is particularly experienced with transactional accounting and the presentation of financial information.
Established within the Evolve Audit & Advisory Group to deliver services to the public sector, Evolve Consulting and Evolve Support Services believe that a hands-on approach to empowering communities identified as historically disadvantaged is key to truly making strides in the successful implementation of this essential development initiative. Evolve Consulting offers in-house training to individuals identified as potential future partners.

Evolve Support Services (Pty) Ltd has achieved a Level 1 BEE rating. One hundred percent of the shares in the company are black owned and fifty percent are black women owned.
Evolve Consulting (Pty) Ltd has achieved a Level 2 BEE rating. Sixty percent of the shares in the company are black owned and twenty percent are black women owned.
All further companies in the Evolve Audit & Advisory Group have achieved a Level 4 BEE rating.
Technological Expertise
Evolve Audit & Advisory is proficient in numerous accounting software systems; including, SAP, Coltech, BIQ, Hercules, Solar (previously E-Venus), SAMRAS, Sebata, Xero, Pastel Evolution, Solar and Pastel. Financial statements are prepared with CaseWare, and audits are conducted with CaseWare, Teammate and MMX.
Compliance with industry regulations of the accounting profession is achieved by the implementation of internal policies and procedures.
Registration at Professional Bodies
Evolve Audit & Advisory, incorporating Evolve Consulting (Pty) Ltd, Evolve Support Services (Pty) Ltd and Evolve Audit and Assurance Incorporated, is a registered practice with SAICA and the IRBA, and its directors and staff are members of the following professional bodies:
- The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA);
- The Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA);
- The Institute of Internal Auditors of South Africa (IIA).
